Integrations

The organization's contact center and post-call integrations, read-only.

An integration connects the organization to a system of its own: a contact center platform that sends calls to Vocalis agents (Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect), or a place post-call results are delivered (a webhook).

These endpoints read integrations. Creating one, or replacing its key, happens in the product under Settings, Integrations: the credentials it issues (a bearer token, a signing secret, and for Genesys Cloud a client secret) are shown there once and never again, and nothing here returns them.

Use an integration's id to bind a campaign: one whose platform streams calls (Genesys Cloud) as an inbound campaign's contactCenter.integrationId, any other kind as config.integration. A campaign's contactCenter.platform is that integration's providerType.

setup is keyed by platform and present for platforms that connect to Vocalis: for Genesys Cloud, setup.genesys.baseConnectionUri is what goes in the Audio Connector integration's Base Connection URI.
